Why Sponsor Youth Sports?
Youth sports is a way of life for many Whitpain families, providing value far beyond exercise. Benefits of participation include the development of self-confidence, social skills, and relationships with teammates that can last a lifetime.
Youth sports also provide businesses, large and small, a terrific way to support their local community. Sponsorship dollars are put to great use supporting the purchase of equipment and field enhancements, as well as financial assistance and specialty training for players of all ages and skill levels.

Single Team Sponsorship Guide
Today, through TeamSnap, the WRA manages athlete registrations, team assembly, and the day-to-day needs and communications of all its teams. This powerful tool also enables us to process sponsorships and general donations, accepting payments via credit card, bank transfer, or offline.
Here’s how it works.
When ready to apply for a single-season sponsorship, simply click or tap the “Sponsor Now” button for the sport you wish to support. You’ll be asked to sign into your existing TeamSnap account or create a new one. Our Sponsorship Form includes 4 steps:
- Step 1: Enter your information into the Sponsor Participant fields
- Step 2: This step typically provides athletes an opportunity to keep their contact information private from teammates. Sponsors can simply ignore this step as its non-applicable.
- Step 3: Choose a sponsorship option
- Step 4: Choose a payment option

Sponsorship Options
Team Jersey Sponsorships ($250)
A popular option each sports season, jersey sponsorships help to subsidize the cost of uniforms while additionally placing/promoting your business name on the back of your assigned team’s jersey or shirt.
Businesses can additionally request to have their sponsorship associated with the team of a specific player. These requests are fulfilled whenever possible, but cannot always be guaranteed.
Team sponsors additionally receive a commemorative plaque and photo at the end of the season.
Field Banner Sponsorships ($500)
With park foot traffic having dramatically increased over the past decade due to growths in residency as well as youth sports enrollment, field banners have become a great investment for businesses wishing to improve brand awareness and product availability. Banner sponsorships include professional design and print services that create a 3’x5’ outdoor fence banner for your business that will hang on the sports field of your choice at Centre Square Park or Wentz Run Park.
Banners remain on display March through November for all players, coaches, families, spectators, and park visitors to see. For $850, businesses can display two banners instead of just one for increased exposure.
Team Jersey and Field Banner Combo ($700)
When both options are available for a given sport, our $700 combo sponsorship is a popular choice!
Multi-Sport or Multi-Team Sponsorships
