Per Pennsylvania law, all coaches and volunteers that participate in youth sports activities, whether practices, games, warmups, or other are required to have unexpired background clearance documents on file with the Whitpain Recreation Association (WRA).

Background clearance documents must be submitted to and approved by the WRA prior to your participation in any team activity. Once approved, clearances are good for a 5-year period and thereafter must be resubmitted.
