Quickball
For children ages 4 to 6 exploring the games of baseball and softball
About the Program
Quickball is a revolutionary national program designed to make baseball and softball, for our youngest athletes, more active to play and fun to watch.
Serving as a replacement to t-ball, its up-tempo style generates non-stop player movement and keeps everyone on their toes. Hall of Fame shortstop Cal Ripken Jr. is a major supporter of Quickball and his foundation has built Ripken Quickball leagues and programs in more than 1,000 Athletic Leagues nationwide.
Each spring, WRA Quickball gathers on Saturday mornings at Wentz Run Park. Children are also given a bat and a ball to keep and take home. For more information, contact commissioner Kyle Speece.
