Registration is now open for the 2025–26 Whitpain United Travel Softball tryouts. Players from Whitpain, nearby areas, and throughout Montgomery County are encouraged to try out for one of the region’s most rapidly growing community softball programs.

Located in Blue Bell, PA, United has quickly built on the success of its parent program, Whitpain Softball — now home to nearly 300 players across all age groups. As it approaches its third season, United has already earned tournament wins in both USSSA and independent events, signaling strong growth and rising momentum.

“When we launched United, the goal wasn’t to chase bigger metals and trophies, it was to build something meaningful,” said A.J. Russo, program director. “We wanted a place where players could grow through strong competition and a team culture that values we over me. Seeing how far we’ve come in just a few seasons is a credit to the families, coaches, and athletes who’ve helped shape what United is becoming.”

What Makes United Different?

Whitpain United started with a simple idea — to build a program that reflects the lives of the families it serves. Whether your player juggles multiple sports, school commitments, or simply needs space to be a kid, we support that balance. By managing our schedule thoughtfully and keeping our program budget-friendly, we’ve created a space where more players can thrive in competitive softball.

“Girls today do a lot, and that’s a good thing,” Russo added. “We support multi-sport athletes, keep costs manageable, and focus on building the kind of character and team-first mindset that carries far beyond the field.”
