WRA Honors 2022’s Volunteers of the Year
On December 14th, board members of the Whitpain Recreation Association gathered for a special evening at Blue Bell’s Bluestone Country Club, inviting past presidents, township officials, and special guests to honor its “Volunteers of the Year” for 2022.
As one of the largest volunteer-based youth sports organizations in the state of Pennsylvania, the WRA is only made possible by the outstanding contributions of coaches, commissioners, and other members who volunteer their time and energy. Our Volunteer of the Year Award honorees, as selected by the WRA board or its sports chairs, represent individuals who went above and beyond in 2022 to enhance the experience of our athletes, coaches, and sports families.
